Beautiful French decor, great room service, caring owner, brilliant staff, excellent location, good parking.

The hotel's location is ideal, with many bars and restaurants within walking distance. It is also conveniently close to the Promenade, making it easy to enjoy the beach and take in the beautiful views. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, offering helpful information about the local area and ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast included a variety of options, including homemade treats like a delicious apricot tart.

Noise from neighboring rooms or the corridor could occasionally be a bit bothersome.

We were delighted by the true French charm of our quaint hotel during our one-night stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Old Town and the beautiful Promenade. The young staff were helpful, and when we requested to switch our room, the manager kindly accommodated us. The small parking lot was convenient, and we enjoyed the nearby patisserie for breakfast. Despite the small rooms, ours had French doors that opened up to the lovely weather. we had a charming and enjoyable stay at Villa Rivoli.

The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to all areas of interest in Nice. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, providing great tips for the beach and city. The rooms are clean and cute, with a touch of historical atmosphere. The breakfast is delicious, with the option of having soft boiled eggs cooked to order, and the possibility of enjoying it outside in the garden.

Charming decor, superb breakfasts, and wonderful staff make this hotel a great choice. Conveniently located near the Promenade des Anglais and the Old City. They even accommodated our early check-in request and had a lovely garden to relax in while we waited. Delicious homemade apricot tart was a special treat at breakfast.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The value for money is incredible, with affordable prices and attention to detail that exceeded my expectations. The location, nestled in a really quiet area, was perfect for exploring the city and conveniently located close to the main rail station. The rooms, decorated in typical French style, were charming and some even had a balcony. The breakfast, included in the price, was a real treat, with soft boiled eggs cooked to order and the option to dine outside in the garden.

The paper thin walls in some rooms can be a disturbance, as noises from neighboring rooms can be heard.
